Firstly, I called many local vendors when we were looking into having an inground pool put it. Sandra was the only person who said "Hey, why don't you stop by the store and have a chat?" This was immensely helpful as I talked through budget and ideas of features I wanted.
When it came time for installation, Dave and his team are just the best. We had our hole dug and just about a week later, the pool was complete. Not only that, I was so impressed with his promptness and no matter what, his guys cleaned after their mess each day. There was no equipment or obstacles to step around. Dave was always helpful and available to answer questions related to my very low pool knowledge - thanks Dave!
Finally, the individuals at the pool star are just wonderful. Shout out to Kiersten for being so helpful with everything!

I recently had the folks at Pools Plus replace my inground pool pump and am very satisfied. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Some pool companies don't even answer the phone during business hours and take days to even return your call, not them. It's nice to call a local business and have them answer your questions and help you make the right informed decision. I'll go back for future pool related needs. Thanks ladies!
